TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prices shown are per apartment and number of people indicated, and do not include the tourist tax (€ 1.70 per person and night). Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tax. The price includes linen, towels and dish towels, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi connection, as well as the weekly change of linen, towels and dish towels.
Breakfast: it is served on request at the price of 12 € per person per day.
Non-smoking: All our apartments are non-smoking only.
Pets: The presence of dogs is allowed but must be agreed in advance and has a daily cost of 10 €/day. It is forbidden to leave the dog alone in the apartment. The owner of the dog is responsible for any damage caused by the animal to things or people.
Washing machine: It is possible to use the washing machine, which must be agreed with the owners.
BOOKING - CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Reservation: The reservation of the apartment becomes binding upon receipt of your written confirmation and the advance payment of 30% of the total cost of the stay. The bill must be paid the evening before departure.
The stay in the apartment of persons not included in the rental contract must be agreed and involves a daily charge.
Check in: On the day of arrival your apartment will be available from 14.00. Please kindly inform us in case of arrival after 20.00.
Check out: On the day of departure please leave the apartment before 10.00 am.
The keys will be handed back when you leave the apartment. In case of loss, the cost of the key will be charged. Any damage to furniture, property, furnishings, and accessories found at the return of the apartment will be charged at the time of payment.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Up to 60 days before the agreed date of arrival the hotel contract can be cancelled by the customer by written declaration and a refund of 30 % of the advance payment will be made.
In the event of early departure or late arrival or failure to take delivery of the booked accommodation, the customer is obliged to pay for the services consumed up to the day of departure and to pay the sum corresponding to the agreed total price for the remaining unused services.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND INDICATIONS

We are convinced that a peaceful, comfortable, and satisfying stay in our apartments also depends on certain rules of behaviour, whose respect will make your stay at Ciasa Linda perfectly meet your expectations.
Silence: It is a common good, so please observe it scrupulously between 13.00 and 15.00 and after 22.00 to 07.30.
Doors and windows: Please do not keep doors and French windows open, even partially, during the winter season. When leaving the apartment please turn off lights, appliances and TV, and check that all taps are closed.
Cleaning and changing: The apartments are delivered to guests clean and in perfect order. Please leave the rooms as they have been delivered (clean crockery, garbage delivered, windows and French doors closed).
Except for exceptions, there are no linen changes before the 7 days of stay. Towels are changed from the 8th day, while bedroom and kitchen linen are changed on request, at the beginning of the second week of stay.
Waste: The current separate collection of waste, requires the disposal of plastic, metal, paper and residual waste, and especially wet waste in the appropriate bins (located near the main entrance, below the stairs of apartment 1).
Shops: There is a small supermarket approx. 100 m from Ciasa Linda (open from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00, Thursday afternoon and Sunday closed).
In San Martino (4.5 km away) there are other shops and a larger supermarket.
The owners of Ciasa Linda are always available to solve any problem in a timely manner and invite you to contact them.
The owners are not responsible for the objects left inside the apartments during the stay.
In the same way, they are not responsible for any inefficiency, independent of their will, due to total or partial lack of electricity, water, internet, and heating.
Special needs may make it necessary for the owner to access the apartments, even in the absence of Guests, who will be contacted immediately.
